A late 19th century black feather fan, the monture of tortoiseshell, the feathers painted in gold with birds in flight, the upper guard fitted with a gold metal monogram, overall height approx. 31.5cm
The feathers are slightly thin to the sides and the ribbon needs adjustment to bring them together and complete the scene.
