Faded spines with some staining and scuffing (mainly to spines). Gilding bright. Marbled endpapers. Small stamp to back of decorative front endpapers for "Douglas & Foulis Edinburgh". Some foxing, mainly to front and back of volumes (including some plates) and fore edges, with main body of texts clean. No splits, bindings generally sound.
