A COMPOSITE EDWARDIAN SIX PIECE DRESSING TABLE SET, maker William Comyns, London 1903/5/7/8, comprising cylindrical box and lift-off cover, 3" high, 3ozs 10dwts, pair of clothes brushes, shield shaped hair brush and bevelled hand mirror, all stamped and chased with reeded ribbon tied panels suspended from pendant husk swags, and with classical figures within husk rims, and tortoiseshell comb with repousse ribbon tied swags (Est. plus 21% premium inc. VAT)

Comb silver no splits but raised, some teeth missing. Hairbrush good but wood insert dry and loose. Mirror has strengthened repair top of handle where it is split. Hairbrushes generally good. Box somewhat dented with some polish wear to all panels
