A Tete Jumeau automaton, with bisque head and hands, blue glass paperweight fixed eyes, mouth moulded slightly open, pierced ears, blond wig, composition body and legs, red and gold dress, straw hat and hinged egg, clockwork operated arm and head movement, red Jumeau mark and numbered 4, 18 1/4" tall
chip to left eye, minor hairline starting and ending on eye but only appeared to me under blue light, minor chip to one ear piercing. Hands appear to be a later replacement. Wiring linked to bottom of egg and right hand missing. Item in centre of egg missing.
