** Great Britain: Hythe Imperial Hotel Co. Ltd., a trio of certificates comprising 10 shilling ordinary shares and 10 shilling preference shares, both 191[3], and numbered #20, black and brown respectively; £50 debenture, 190[3], #208, black, 4 pages. Formed to acquire the Seabrook Hotel which had been built by the South Eastern Railway in 1881 on the Marine Parade. The company completely reconstructed the hotel over a period of 9 months and it was reopened in 1902. A top hotel still in existence! Generally VF (3).
