Collection of Military Memorabilia & Ephemera Regarding George Edward Reeves, 1920-1998, who was a Far East Prisoner of War, shot in both legs during his service as a Gunner in the Royal Artillery. He received the 1939-1945 Star, The Pacific Star, 1939-1945 War Medal, and Faithful Service Medal, all with ribbons and in case, with framed letter from St James's Palace informing him of his Imperial Service Medal, with Soldiers Service & Pay Book, etc. In 1960 he was appointed to the Air Ministry Constabulary. This auction lot contains folders of paperwork, photographs, marriage and death certificates, a Guy Laroche watch, and the original Japanese cups he was using whilst a prisoner of war. Fantastic lot
