Believed John Drew Mackenzie (British, 1861-1918) - a late 19th / early 20th century Newlyn Cornish Copper charger plate. The charger of circular for with Swallow bird motifs to rim, reading Alexander Pope's quote ' Welcome the Coming, Speed the Parting Guest '. Large embossed vessel decoration to centre. Signed JD to edge.
