A unique piece of jewellery: A 10 K yellow gold bracelet, earrings (test 14 K) and ring set with AMMONITE polished
sections from the renowned HALLSTATT Horizon, Theokafta, near the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, Greece, of
Anisian-Landinian, Middle Triassic age (appr. 240 million years old). In their original wooden presentation box.
Bracelet width:24 mm, earring drop: 42 mm, ring size: L, total weight: 43.6 g.
In the early sixties a small quarry, appeared near the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, Greece. The operations
exposed a small layer (appr. 1.3 m thick) rich in Ammonites, the Hallstatt Horizon. Unfortunately, the frequent use of
dynamite, created cracks to the nearby antiquities and all works ceased after just a few years of operation.
