Dent & Co. 61 Strand & Royal Exchange, London- Improved Boat Compass No.42341'. Housed in brass mounted wooden Case, the rear stamped with the Government broad arrow marked 2210 and inscribed PATT 20 OT, the counter numbered hinged door with pasted instructions dated 1.11.00, sliding oil lamp (lacks burner)
