A VICTORIAN DIAMOND SERPENT HEAD BAR BROOCH, a polished yellow metal bar unmarked, with a centrally positioned yellow metal snake head set with four old cut diamonds, estimated total diamond weight 0.25cts, fitted with a yellow metal pin and c clasp, sponsors mark ‘APG’ and possibly stamped ‘SM’ (slightly rubbed), fitted with an additional yellow metal safety chain with safety pin, length 75mm, approximate gross weight 7.4 grams (condition report: general moderate wear, securely fastens, all stones currently intact, solder marks beneath the snake to the brooch, overall condition good)
