Carlton Ware - A 1920s ginger jar and cover decorated in the Tutankhamun pattern with enamelled Egyptian motif against a pearlescent ground, the domed cover with similar decoration against a yellow lustre ground with the finial formed as the mask of Tutankhamun, printed mark, height 24cm, restored and S/D.
The cover has been restored and has rubbing to the gilding on the Tutankhamun. The base has a hairline which has a partical repair but now runs into the body. Some scuffs and rubbing to both the base and cover
