1855 Board of Ordnance 24kg bronze bell, date cast between bead lines towards the top, B and O either side of broad arrow cast at the waist, missing the clapper, 1 piece of canon suspension missing, small chip to the lip. A rare dated Board of Ordnance bell, vendor thinks it came from one of the Palmerston Forts in the Portsmouth area, but this unconfirmed. BUYER MUST COLLECT. (See photo) (B)
