Superb quality large Victorian Coromandel jewellery box, brass bound with further brass decorative inlay. Inset Earl's Coronet with intertwined initials. Inside the purple velvet lined casket the top is compartmentalised, a drop down front reveals three drawers, the bottom one of which is released via a spring mechanism. there is a removeable mirror to the inside of the lid. With original Chubb lock and key. The Coromandel veneer requires some attention in a couple of places but overall the condition is excellent. 34cms tall x 50.5cms wide x 36cms deep
