JOHN ALFRED HAGGIS (1897-1967) A BOX CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY ONE HUNDRED SKETCHES ETC, the sketches include landscapes and detail of buildings in England, Spain, Italy and France, consisting mostly of loose pages from various sketch books, the dates appear to be between 1919-1957, together with three landscape sketch oils on board, largest approximately 25cm x 35cm, smallest approximately 11cm x 9cm, comes with a list of sixty-nine pictures annotated 'Drawings by John Haggis given by Beatrice 28 Aug 1973' (PROVENANCE: The Arnold Fellows Collection)
