Top hat is in fair but worn condition, some visible wear, thinning of the covering around the underside of the brim, inside is dirty , worn and has some loss to the silk lining.
Circumference is approximately 60cm, L33 x W26.5 cm
Head hole size, 21cm x 16.5cm
