AN ART DECO SHELLEY TEASET DECORATED WITH BLUE FLOWERS, A BIT WORN
Blue paint on rims has worn off on many of the pieces, one tea plate is cracked and one saucer is chipped. Several pieces look chipped but are not, it is where the blue paint has worn off on the corners.
