A FIRST WORLD WAR PAIR TO THE QUEEN'S REGIMENT.
A Great War pair comprising War Medal and Victory Medal named to Pte W.Eggar, mounted as worn. The Queen's R. Walter Eggar was listed as wounded on the 3rd of January 1917 whilst serving with the Royal West Surrey Regiment and entitled to a wound stripe. He served between 12/1/1916 and 8/11/1918 he was discharged as no longer being fit for service and was entitled to a War Badge.
