+ Calendar 2025-02-24 12:30:00 2025-02-28 14:00:00 Europe/London Unreserved Storage Units - Crawley GENERAL SALE INFORMATION: - Auction starts closing at 2:00pm and will continue without break until the last lot is sold - All goods are “sold as seen online” and carry no guarantee or warranty - Participation in this auction is ONLINE ONLY. - All images and descriptions are to be strictly used as guidelines only. - Buyers Premium (BP) is tiered: 30.5% (+VAT) for hammer prices under £10 and 28% (+VAT) for hammer prices of £10 or more, which is applied to all lots sold. - 20% VAT applies on the hammer price - Payment MUST be made via your invoice email received post auction. VIEWING: - Viewing is NOT available - Please be sure on what you are bidding on as this is an 'Online Only' auction, and all stock is sold behind closed doors. CONDITION REPORTS: - NOT available for this auction. PAYMENT: - Invoices MUST be paid by 3:30pm the DAY AFTER THE SALE. COLLECTIONS: - All collections are to be made in person or by courier from the storage company in Crawley, RH10 9SP. - The full address and contact details will be given to winning bidders with their invoice following the sale in order to arrange their collection. - To avoid delays or disappointment, please book your collection appointment well ahead of time. This will give the storage company's team time to prepare your items for collection. If you do not call to book an appointment, you may be unable to collect your items. - Collections will be available from Tuesday 4th March. Buyers have 5 business days to collect their winning lots. The collection deadline is Monday 10th December. Any items that are not collected prior to this deadline will be disposed of at the vendors discretion or removed from your account and re-entered into another auction. - Please ensure you bring suitable labour, transport, and equipment to aid your collection. FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS: - Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable. DELIVERIES & COURIER INFORMATION: - Wellers will not pack and send parcels; you are welcome to send a courier, but they will be subject to the same collection terms. - Our recommended man and van services is Declan Casteller: 07596 247224 REFUNDS: - After an auction, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the items bought are correct.  Wellers Auctions will only consider refunds if the items bought are not as described and only if the customer has brought this to our attention within 10 working days after the date of collection/delivery of the items. This decision is final. NON-PAYMENT OF ITEMS: - If you do not pay by 3:30pm the day following the auction, YOU WILL be banned for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will be removed from your account and sold in the next available auction. - Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
