An early 20th century travelling two person picnic set, circa 1900-1904, the silver plated set by Christopher Dresser for Hukin & Heath, London, comprising a kettle with a wicker covered handle, a teapot and cover with a wicker handle, the kettle contains a tea caddy incorporating a paraffin burner and stand, the teapot contains a sugar bowl, and with a heavy glass milk flask and cover, with two teaspoons and pair of sugar tongs to the fold out doors, stamped H & H 2110, the lower level contains two Royal Worcester cups and saucers, the set is perfectly contained in a black leather covered and royal blue velvet lined case, with Leuchars & Son, London and Paris retailers mark, perfect for a driver and passenger to partake in a gentle and refined cup of tea on a stop on their gentle and civilised motor car journey, 29 x 19 x 15.5 cm, possibly a private commission
