Napoleonic War Period 1796 Light Cavalry Officers Sword.

A fine quality example. The 27 inch, unfullered curved blade with 3/4 length etched blue and gilt decoration. This depicting a crowned GR cypher, trophies of war and floral decoration. The hilt with a single bar steel guard and leather grip with twist wire binding. Complete with steel scabbard with two loose rings.
