Gilna is a multidisciplinary artist originally from Dublin, Ireland. Having professionally trained in a variety of media, he now works primarily with digital and sound media. He currently works and lives in Germany, where he co-founded XYZ Technical Arts Service GmbH, a provider of virtual art services to film and media production companies. Gilna's work is held in various private and public collections including the OPW, the IFI, the National Irish Visual Arts Library, the National Maritime Museum of Ireland and many more.
