RARE "UNDELIVERABLE AT/N.S." & "COMMUNICATION" + "SUSPENDED" COVER EX NATAL; 15 July 1901 env. (stains) ex "DURBAN/NATAL" (cds tying Natal 1d) to "Bethlehem [ORC]" with censor's blue "P.B.C." + "NPR" marks but also with black "COMMUNICATION" and "SUSPENDED" marks on the front and a partly fine black "UNDELIVERABLE AT/N.S." (overstruck by "RETURNED LR. OFFICE/BLOEMFONTEIN" cds of 26 Mar. 1902), having a v. fine 2-ring "RETURNED LETTER OFFICE/NATAL" cds on the reverse. Where was this cover for almost a year?!
