Contemporary silver leaf design necklace with large cabochon lapis lazuli stone, unmarked, believed to be the work of Rita Ferguson.
Rita Ferguson (Mrs Charles) was a silversmith based in Edinburgh, having a studio on York Place and then working from 214A Braid Road. Notably, she made the Edinburgh freedom of the city casket that was presented to Sir Winston Churchill.
