A BELLIEVED TO BE 18TH CENTURY JAPANESE WAKIZASHI SWORD, worn blade, the tsuba cast with birds, clouds and mountains, complete with leather and copper seppas, mei to tang, signed fuchi, shagreen and woven handle secured by wooden peg, the blade is heavily marked and worn, overall length 77cm, length of blade 53cm, no decoration can be seen, it does not have a scabbard, the Tsubu is a bit loose and the handle grip is dirty, the wooden section is split, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request
