A pair of Chinese gourd shaped vases with slender tapering necks and flared rims to top. Decorated with birds, flowers and butterflies with gilding applied to highlight specific areas within the patterns. Hand painted and gilded with yellow ground and blue accents. Measure approximately 31cm H x 15cm diameter at widest. Slight chip to one rim and one small repair.
