Star Lot : An exciting original William Martin Noyk (Irish, b.1924 - d.1989) oil on canvas board painting titled "Queen Guinivere on Palfrey with Sir Lancelot in Attendance" dating to c.1985. Features an abstracted composition of Lady Guinivere on horseback to centre with her admirer to the left. Signature not visible in frame. Housed in a good quality silver toned frame.
Provenance: selected by John Taylor Russell Art Critic "The Times" of London, exhibitioned at The Claremorris Open Art Exhibition 1985.
