A French Art Deco wrought iron mounted glass vase by Daum of Nancy, early 20th century, probably designed by Louis Majorelle, the vase of large proportions with bulbous glass lobes alternating with wrought iron rod panels, engraved 'Daum Nancy' with cross of Loraine to base, 38.5cm high
The piece shows minor surface wear and some small bubbles to the glass consistent with hand-blowing, but no obvious chips or cracks. The wrought iron mount shows expected oxidation commensurate with age.
