• An Oyster Perpetual 'Bubbleback' wrist watch. Presented to Sir Stanford Cooper FCA to celebrate his 30 years with the Ford Motor Company. Circa 1948


• Case: Signed. 18ct gold. Swiss convention marks. Reference 5015. Serial 642746. With presentation engraving to case back. Length (end to end of lugs): 39mm. Width (excluding crown and any crown guards): 32mm


• Movement: Signed. Self-winding movement. Calibre 620. Numbered N 76101


• Dial: Signed. Silvered with alternating Arabic numeral and baton hour markers


• Strap: Brown canvas with a gold plated pin buckle

• Movement is currently functioning at time of writing. One of the case screws has sheared
• Dial appears to be in excellent condition with no marks visible to the naked eye. It looks like it has been restored
• Hands appear to be in excellent condition with no marks visible to the naked eye
• Case appears to be in a generally excellent condition with very few marks visible to the naked eye. A later Rolex crown has been fitted. Please be aware the case back has been engraved
• The watch glass appears to be in a generally excellent condition with no marks or scratches visible to the naked eye
• Strap has noticeable signs of wear commensurate with everyday wear
• This lot does not come with box or a copy of the original manufacturer warranty
