A good 18th century Italian fruitwood, cherry and partridge wood bowfront commode, the cross banded top over two short and two long graduated drawers, with ring handles, iron locks and cast oval escutcheons, the sides and drawers veneered in partridge wood with cherry wood cross banding, raised on swept feet, 42¼ x 21in. (107.5 x 53.5cm.), 35in. (89cm.) high.
