A leather open Armchair with oak supports 2ft 11in H x 2ft 2in W (R6)
Very slight movement in the frame - but all joints look good.
No signs of Woodworm.
Dirty marks and scratches to the woodwork, some splits to the right arm and upright as you look at the chair, some knocks and dents to the surface of the legs and stretchers, (Wood could do with a clean).
Upholstery in a bad way and in need of repair or re-upholstery.
