A shedplate 55C Farnley Junction (October 1956 to November 1966). This ex LNWR shed was transferred from the LM region (25G) in 1956, when all 50 locos received this code. In its final year it had just 5 Black 5s, a solitary 8F, and 3 Jubilees. Repainted. (Postage Band: B)
