A Chinese carved jade pendant, Qing Dynasty, 18th/19th century. Depicting a squirrel amongst grapes, length 5.3cm, width 3.3cm, depth 2cm. Private collection of a Parisian lady (1876-1964), whence by family descent to the present South West Cornwall vendor. This fantastic jade is in good condition.
