Becker, the Postmaster at Ponape, with diagonally bisected second issue 10pf tied by Jaluit c.d.s, backstamped at Ponape (13 Jan 01). 240 Bisects were affixed and cancelled by postal officials between 2nd and 10th December, mostly on postcards, this example clearly philatelic but genuinely sent through the post.
