This V-12 model is an exact recreation of the legendary Ferrari GTO powerplant. It is crafted using the same technique and materials utilized at the Ferrari Factory, and is comprised of over 400 pieces including 26 hand formed sand cast aluminium parts with 7 core boxes, 31 turned stainless steel parts and 5 turned aluminum parts. The model is assembled by hand with 167 screws, without using any adhesives or plastic.
This faithful recreation of the original V12 makes a beautiful display in garage, office or den.
This large museum quality model is around 2 feet long – it measures 23″ / 58cm in length, 8″ wide and 12″ tall and weighs 18 lbs / 8kgs. It is complete with original certificate signed by the late Terzo Dalia, and dated ‘2003’.
