DUTCH DEPARTMENTS CONQUIS MARKINGS COLLECTION; 1811-16 covers with mainly very fine strikes of the Department Conquis marks; 1812 "P.119.P./LA HAYE", "95" marks of Maestricht (red) and Venlo; "118" marks of Alkmaar, Amsterdam (2 in red; one being the scarce "P.118.P." type) & Utrecht; "119" marks of Dordrecht, Leyde (red), La Haye, Delft Vlaardingen (of Oct. 1816!) & Rotterdam; "120/ZWOLLE", "121/ZUTPHEN" and "122/LEUWAARDEN" (red); "123" marks of Groningue (2; red or black - latter with high postal rate of "45" for 40g) and Meppel (red); "125/MIDDELBURG" and "126/HELMONT".
