3 3/4 inch, 120 bore, rifled, blued, octagonal barrel. Solid frame. Stud foresight. The left side with polished steel loading rod stamped "Tranters Patent" and scroll engraving. Blued frame with foliage scroll engraving. The left side with hammer safety. Blued trigger guard. Polished steel trigger with lower spur trigger. Blued part grip frame and butt cap. Checkered, one piece grip. Contained in its fitted mahogany box. The lid with black brass escutcheon. Green baize lining, complete with brass, double conical mould. The side marked "Tranters Patent". Steel top sprue cutter ...Darkened copper and brass, "Dixon & Son" powder flask ... Ebony handled nipple key ... Ebony handled screwdriver ... Tranters bullet tin ... Tranters lubrication tin ...
