This is a high-quality item associated to FIFA & UEFA in 1966, for the 35th FIFA Congress held at same time as World Cup at Wembley, London. It's a great piece of genuine memorabilia, with leather strap around large handle of brush with original markings in gold lettering. There are a few light scratches consistent with age, brush has not seen much use. It has printed on the side Hand Drawn Nylon and made in England in black text..
