Ottoman: four towels, and two scarves or sashes, the first embroidered at each end in gold thread, gold strips, and olive green silk, approx. 83 cm by 38cm; a second example with olive green, turquoise, gold and silver threads, with lilac and pink blossoms, approx. 110 cm by 46cm; the third with elaborate metal thread embroidery and large stylized flowers in turquoise and shades of pink, metal braid applied to the ends, approx. 135 cm by 50cm; the fourth, a wide towel, is a weave of gauze and silk, with deep end borders mainly in gold thread with green silk for flowers and foliage, approx. 121 cm by 96cm; a cotton sash with delicate end embroidery in powder blue, pink for small blossom, brown at the ground level with several sprouting plants approx. 224 cm by 31 cm; finally, two halves of a sash, with dark cerise silk embroidery of flowers in a pot, splashes of orange and sea green for detail, and gold strips (6)
The first example has some small rust stains. The second has had tucks, now unstitched. Losses to the metal braid on example three. Light marks on item five.
