Francis Moore, Ferrybridge, a George III oak 8 day longcase clock, the 12" brass dial with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, the chapter ring with Roman numerals and Arabic minutes, cast brass spandrels, the movement striking on a bell, plain arched hood and trunk, door with plaque "August 21, 1755", 2 x weights, no pendulum, 202cm.
Moore is listed in Brittens Clockmakers as working in Ferrybridge c.1775.
