A fantastic framed collection of original Genoa District Water Works bond papers dating to March 1913 with signed Debenture. Information to verso states that the first two interest payments were made but WWI meant that the September 1914 "coupon" was returned unpaid. Agreement was reached in 1915 to defer payment of interest for 10 years.
