A pair of early 20th Century Pilkington's 6 inch dust pressed tiles, each decorated with impressed birds from the Japanese Birds series designed by Lewis F. Day and exhibited at the Paris International Exhibition of 1900, each in a deep ochre to orange glaze, together with a further example with shell and trident design, relief moulded marks. (3)
Some age related crazing and some very minor marks to the margins
