1840 (July 17) Entire letter from Antigua to London endorsed "By Ship Antigua Pkt", reverse with red London c.d.s and "SHIP LETTER / BRIGHTON" (S.5), the only recorded example in red, probably applied at the Ship Letter Office in London. Front with heavy horizontal file fold, otherwise fine.
