Imperial German M88/98 Pressed Hilt Ersatz Bayonet


12 1/2 inch, single edged blade with sharpened back edge point.  Narrow fuller.  Back edge with faint Inspection stamp.  Steel, 3/4 muzzle ring and turn up crossguard.  Pressed steel hilt with top locking stud.  Traces of original green paint.  Contained in its steel scabbard.
