Direct family provenance
Cooper was keenly interested in art education and was Principal of Wimbledon School of Art [now part of University of the Arts, London] 1930-1964. He was a member of The National Society of Painters, Sculptors & Gravers/Printmakers. His paintings, particularly rural scenes and still life floral subjects, are found throughout the world and in the UK are held by The Tate Collection and have been exhibited at Liverpool’s Walker Art Gallery and elsewhere.’
