MURDER / EXECUTION BROADSIDES : a rare eighteenth century broadside, damaged along the top edge making it very difficult to interpret the actual title. Also shaved with tears along another edge and corner with the loss of some letters. Size : 540 x 450 mm, a large single woodcut. '' About three o'clock on Wednesday morning, July 3rd, 1751. The inhabitants of Wood Street in Walthamstow, in the county of Essex, were alarmed by the shrieks of a niece of Mr Joseph Jeffries''.
