Ltd. based in Exeter, including all partly built aircraft. The company also produced a motor scooter between 1954 and 1956. Name changed to Harper Engineering and Electronics becoming a sub contractor to Vickers. Taken over by Exeter Airport Limited in 1959. VF and rare. First time at auction.
