A mid Victorian silver four piece tea and coffee service of chased facet baluster form, the coffee and teapots with hinged domed covers having bird of prey finials, scrolling handles. Makers mark for Edward, Edward Junior, John and William Barnard, London 1846. Coffee pot 30cms h, teapot 24cms w. total 71.5ozt
In good clean order, no obvious signs of any damage nor restoration. Remnants of old cleaning liquid, otherwise a very good example. There is harp inscribed to one panel of each piece and the words Nature Donum. See images.
