A large original guoache and watercolour on paper painting titled "Camouflage" and dated to 1992 by the artist Alma Brayden. This brightly coloured cubist piece at first appears to be an abstract work however when gazed at closely the scene of a cat hiding in flowers and foliage begins to emerge.
Brayden is an Irish artist and has had numerous solo art exhibitions and has been included in R.H.A Summer Exhibitions and the Oireachtas Art Exhibition. She has a good auction history and does particularly well in the primary market.
