An Indian, Srikalahasti (north of Madras), 'Kalamkari' (penwork) sari, worked and designed by Krishna Reddy. This penwork design, chiefly used for huge temple hangings, is free drawn, with the fabric spread in the sun to set and after washed in the river. This sari was exhibited in 'The Uncut Cloth' at Paisley near Glasgow, Scotland in 1999. Has only been exhibited, never worn, 110cm wide, 624cm long
