British WWI Royal Navy Officers peak cap. In good moth free condition . Has the distinctive small peak found in earlier caps measuring 1 1/2 inches. Officers embroidered badge, black mohair band, leather sweat band, narrow black leather chin strap and quilted lining. In fair condition with some moth nips and crazing to the peak, named on the leather sweat band CCC Memore.
